About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a House Manager at McCarthy Stone. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement communities, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a vibrant community for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the development, ensuring high-quality property management and home owner engagement.
  • Develop and maintain proactive and effective relationships with internal and external customers, representing and championing the McCarthy Stone brand at the development.
  • Promote and drive activities for our Homeowners and drive a vibrant community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, and compassion, with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach.
  • Time management, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
