Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion
    • Promote and sell our products and services, including membership options, classes, and activities.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Café and Reception Duties
    • Work in our café, preparing and serving food and drinks to customers.
    • Manage cash handling and operate a point of sale system.
    • Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, using clear and concise language.
