Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Promotion
- Promote and sell our products and services, including membership options, classes, and activities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Café and Reception Duties
- Work in our café, preparing and serving food and drinks to customers.
- Manage cash handling and operate a point of sale system.
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues.
