About the Role

Alexander Ash Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Bid Proposal Manager to join our growing Strategic Proposals Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing assigned proposals from inception to completion, adhering to our established proposal methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee assigned proposals, ensuring timely completion and adherence to our proposal methodology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Partner with our Design Team to create engaging graphics and visual content.
  • Facilitate group discussions and meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone throughout proposals, ensuring alignment with our firm's branding.
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
