About the Role:

Bid Solutions is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join its team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for managing bids for real estate and facilities management clients. This role involves overseeing the proposal process, storyboarding, editing, and some writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire proposal and presentation development process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Write, edit, format, and proof all proposal and presentation materials, maintaining a consistent tone and style.
  • Support new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives as needed, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the upkeep of the content library, including improvements to searchability and organization.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, coordinate, and respond to global and regional RFIs and RFPs, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work well and thrive under pressure, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with experience with SharePoint and Salesforce a plus.
