Job Summary

As a Tenant Liaison Specialist with Causeway Irish Housing Association, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our tenants receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of properties, providing a responsive and efficient housing management service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a patch of approximately 100 units, including regular property visits and maintenance checks.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Liaise with other teams, such as repairs and maintenance, to ensure timely resolution of tenant queries.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a 6% pension contribution, rising to 12% after two years' service, and a range of benefits, including an employee assistance programme and continuous learning opportunities.
