Tenant Liaison Specialist

Job Summary
As a Tenant Liaison Specialist with Causeway Irish Housing Association, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our tenants receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of properties, providing a responsive and efficient housing management service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a patch of approximately 100 units, including regular property visits and maintenance checks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaise with other teams, such as repairs and maintenance, to ensure timely resolution of tenant queries.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a 6% pension contribution, rising to 12% after two years' service, and a range of benefits, including an employee assistance programme and continuous learning opportunities.
