Sales Degree Apprenticeship Programme

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is offering a unique opportunity for individuals to join our Sales Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This 4-year programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a sales role, while also achieving a Level 6 Apprenticeship and a Chartered Management Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.

During the programme, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, working with our internal teams and external partners. You will spend your first year as a Grocery Merchandiser, gaining an insight into the world of Coca-Cola products. In your second year, you will rotate into a Sales Representative role, delivering sales targets by building up existing relationships and creating new business opportunities.

In your third and fourth years, you will have the opportunity to apply for different roles in the business, depending on your passion and skills. You will have continuous support from the Head of Early Careers and our fantastic management teams to help support your career path.

This programme offers a competitive starting salary of £23,510, with annual salary reviews. You will also receive a job car, fuel card, 25 days annual leave, and access to our flexible benefits programme and pension scheme.
