ITV Studios is seeking an experienced Contract and Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support throughout the hiring process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with experience in data inputting and managing various documents and systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the recruitment of junior editorial roles and managing talent pipelines. Training will be provided on ITV systems, processes, and policies as required.

The salary for this position is approximately £27,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing applications, managing talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment end-to-end process for junior editorial roles.
  • Posting job openings on various platforms to ensure inclusive outreach and assisting with talent searches, interviews, and pre-starter checks.
  • Administering the end-to-end contracting process and dealing with payroll queries, ensuring compliance with ITV policies and timelines.
