About This Role

The Talent Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing HR strategies that attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Job Summary

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the HR team's efforts and gain valuable experience in a dynamic organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct recruitment and selection activities, identifying and sourcing top candidates for open positions.
  • Support Home Managers with HR-related tasks, providing guidance and advice on employment law and best practices.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salaries.
  • Monitor staff attendance and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce absenteeism.
  • Manage overseas recruitment, handling sponsorship and immigration compliance to secure necessary visas and permits.
  • Foster strong relationships with Home Managers and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and enhance collaboration.
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per annum
