About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of HR to oversee various HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of HR in providing strategic and operational guidance across HR operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
  • Drive talent management strategies, focusing on career development and succession planning.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, ensuring employees and managers have the tools to succeed.
  • Lead and support HR projects, such as HRIS implementation and engagement surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in managing HR projects or change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, ideally including experience with BambooHR or similar platforms.
