Product Line Manager Business Functions

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Manager to lead our product development and strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing product roadmaps, managing product development teams, and driving business growth through innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to product team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) with experience in technology product management.
- 3+ years of experience in working as part of product teams as a DevOps engineer, preferably within a related technology domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in product analytics and user research.
