We are seeking a highly skilled Schools Programme Officer to join our team at NFP People. This exciting opportunity will involve training, supporting and developing volunteers, as well as monitoring the programme through effective administration and data management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships between schools and our charity, working closely with volunteer mentors to chart their continuous professional development and prepare them for employment. This is a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and office based on most Fridays, offering a great work-life balance.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Strong supervision skills, flexibility, and the ability to cope with multiple demands are also essential. A proactive attitude, good IT knowledge, and a professional manner are also key requirements.

While experience in a school or with schools is not essential, it would be advantageous. If you want to make a real difference and believe that young people can change the world, we encourage you to apply.
