About the Role



We are seeking a highly motivated Education Programme Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with schools and volunteers to develop and implement impactful education programmes that drive positive change in disadvantaged communities.



Main Responsibilities




  • Collaborate with school leadership to design and deliver effective education programmes that meet the needs of pupils;
  • Supervise and support volunteers to ensure they have a rewarding and challenging experience;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track programme progress and evaluate impact;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, stakeholders, and partners to secure funding and resources;
  • Provide training and development opportunities for volunteers to enhance their skills and confidence;
  • Contribute to the development of new programme ideas and initiatives that address emerging trends and challenges;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless programme delivery and evaluation.


Requirements and Qualifications




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong supervision skills with the ability to motivate and support volunteers;
  • Ability to understand school leadership priorities and adapt programme delivery accordingly;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands;
  • Good IT knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems;
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and solve problems effectively.
