Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Programme Management Executive to manage our Small/Midsize, Vendor-Led, and Translation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: You will have excellent project delivery skills, with a focus on Small/Midsize, Vendor-Led, and Translation projects.
  • Project Meetings: You will own project meetings and act as the decision-maker throughout the project cycle.
  • Risk Management: You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating them appropriately to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: You will create and manage essential project documentation, including Project Plans, Logs, Templates, and Collaboration spaces.
  • Progress Reporting: You will maintain alignment with project objectives, reporting progress, risks, and escalations to the Leadership Team via governance processes and Stage Gates.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Certification: A Project Management certification (PMP, PMQ, Prince2) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Travel: You may be required to travel for key meetings and forums (approximately 10% of the time).
  • Global Project Experience: You will have experience managing global projects both small and medium-sized.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
