About Us:
Crazy Rabbit Inns Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bookkeeper to support our busy hotel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing purchase ledgers, recording sales and managing debt collection, reconciling ledgers with supplier statements, conducting bank reconciliations, managing overdue debts, supplier relationships, and credit risk, and handling payroll, VAT, and PAYE tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Manage supplier relationships and credit risk
• Conduct bank reconciliations and payroll processing
• Handle VAT and PAYE tasks

Requirements:
• AAT qualification or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Xero experience desired
• 1 year of bookkeeping experience
• 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience
