Amcare IT Support Specialist

As an Amcare IT Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, providing high-quality support to our public-facing customer service teams and fast-moving distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for network and infrastructure, including cabling, routing, WiFi, and security.
  • Configure and manage network settings, ensuring seamless connectivity and data security.
  • Set up, manage, and secure servers, as well as support Windows devices, including laptop and desktop builds.
  • Install, configure, and validate software applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Support phone and mobile devices, including setup, configuration, and mobile device management.
  • Manage application settings, including Microsoft applications and cloud-based services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in a large office environment.
  • Degree in an ICT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven understanding of best practices in ITIL, change management, and service delivery.
  • Experience with warehouse and distribution center systems, as well as public-facing contact centers, is highly desirable.
