Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with end-users, healthcare professionals, and healthcare practices to promote ConvaTec products and Amcare solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities using outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chat
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance our reputation and market share
  • Keep updated with all new products and services available to our customers
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, healthcare professionals, and internal customers
  • Drive performance through self-motivation and thrive under pressure
  • Follow established procedures within the department and continuously look for ways to improve them

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
  • Creates strong relationships with Customer Service, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams
  • Problem solver with high-level organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Commercial acumen with excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and face-to-face

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel required to Patient Open days at various venues and at least monthly requirement to travel to any Amcare, ConvaTec, or other UK site as required.

Language Skills:

Good verbal and written English with excellent communication skills essential.

Education and Experience:

  • A-Levels
  • 12-month experience in sales
  • Proven track record in Sales Role

Working Conditions:

  • Office working

  • To work required shifts between 08:00/19:00 (half-hour lunch break)
