Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality care and support to children.
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Previous experience in a children's residential setting, preferably with EBD services.
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding, care plans, and Ofsted regulations.
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent), with a willingness to work towards Level 5.
- A compassionate, resilient, and dedicated approach to supporting vulnerable children.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive salary of £33,500.
