Kingston Noble is seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to lead our Children's EBD Service in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and support for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality care and support to children.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a children's residential setting, preferably with EBD services.
  • A thorough understanding of safeguarding, care plans, and Ofsted regulations.
  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent), with a willingness to work towards Level 5.
  • A compassionate, resilient, and dedicated approach to supporting vulnerable children.
  • Full UK driving license.
