Children's Home Manager Position

About the Role:

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People.
  • Experience managing a children's home or similar setting.
  • Ability to handle pressure with confidence and make sound decisions.
  • A strong determination and passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.
