Job Title: Children's Home Senior Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our residential care home in Northampton. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with social work teams, clinicians, and other key partners to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the home is meeting regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake training to achieve this.
- Knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations (2015) and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
- Experience of working with children and/or adults with disabilities at a senior level.
