Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Electronics Sustainment Manager, you will be responsible for Production Test Support on a variety of both RF and Electronic products. You'll be required to confidently use a variety of laboratory equipment including Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, VNAs and Signal Generators. You will be required to evaluate legacy test methods that require use of obsolete equipment and derive and validate new methods that use up-to-date equipment. You'll use your knowledge and expertise to evaluate the suitability of existing test equipment calibration methods and suggest improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

You'll ideally have experience in evaluating S-Parameters, Power, Leakage/Isolation, Noise and Losses in RF systems and components such as Transmitters, Receivers, Mixers, Downconverters, Filters and Amplifiers.

You will be able to read circuit diagrams and product performance specifications and confidently translate these requirements to Test Specifications. You will also be able to troubleshoot or evaluate the performance of RF cables, splitters, attenuators, loads for correct performance within the test equipment setup.
