Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Mechanical Engineering student to join our team as a placement student. As a Mechanical Engineering Placement student, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including design, analysis, and testing of aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for aircraft engines and systems
  • Conduct analysis and testing of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
  • Currently studying or recently achieved a Mechanical Design/ Mechanical Analysis / Mechanical Engineering related bachelor's or master's degree
  • On course or achieved a 2:1 degree
  • Able to roll up your sleeves and get involved in projects
  • Organised & able to work towards deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to take ownership for projects
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work as part of a team
