Ontic, a leading provider of Extended Life Solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, seeks a Quality Management Systems Engineer to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

You will work in a team of 5, providing guidance and technical support to colleagues on all quality standards to ensure compliance with AS9100, Part 21G and 145 regulations. You will identify and implement improvement activities as appropriate.

You will host Customer, Regulatory and AS9100 audits in addition to performing internal and external compliance audits. You will take the lead on SMS (Safety Management Systems) improvement activity through CAPA's enabling the resolution of internal technical problems.

Requirements

You will have experience of working in a quality position where you've been responsible for writing and maintaining procedures whilst complying to regulatory standards.

You will have had experience of conducting audits and working with ERP systems. We are very open regarding industry background as full training will be provided. As this incumbent will have ownership of the Safety Management System, we also welcome applications from individuals who have worked in a Health and Safety position where they have conducted audits and maintained systems.

There will be a requirement for travel with this role, so a current valid UK Driving Licence is required.
