Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Enrolment Executive to join our team. As an Enrolment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the enrolment process for pilot training courses, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales team.

About the Role:

  • Manage the enrolment process for pilot training courses.
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
  • Assess the needs of each candidate and direct them to the best resource.
  • Support candidates throughout the application process.
  • Attend enrolment days at our centre.
  • Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and report to the sales manager.
  • Offer guidance and support to candidates as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or systems.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. You must be able to commit to 5 days per week in the office as hybrid working is not an option.
