Supervisor Role at Kier Group

We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our transportation maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise operational works, ensuring they meet health and safety requirements, budget, and programme deadlines.
  • Lead the delivery of planned, reactive, and third-party repairs, winter maintenance, and scheme works.
  • Oversee the supervision of directly employed employees and sub-contractors.
  • Accountable for operative behaviors, promoting health and safety, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Actively promote the company culture and values, including equal opportunities and respect for all.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role, with knowledge of electrical works – Traffic Signals / Streetlighting.
  • Full driving license and ability to drive.
  • NRSWA operative / Supervisor qualified.
