Job Title: Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our transportation maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise contract operational works, ensuring they meet health and safety requirements, budget, and programme deadlines.
  • Lead the Transportation Maintenance team, overseeing the delivery of planned, reactive, and third-party repairs, winter maintenance, and scheme works.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings to ensure operational staff are aware of risks and hazards.
  • Monitor workmanship and material quantities, conducting audits and inspections as required.
  • Assist with incident management, communicating with sub-contractors, emergency services, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role, with knowledge of electrical works - Traffic Signals / Streetlighting.
  • Full driving licence and ability to drive.
  • NRSWA operative / Supervisor qualified.
