Are you passionate about delivering high-quality patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pick for Britain. As a valued member of our Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to the NHS Pension Scheme, 27 days holiday rising to 33 days, and a generous relocation package of up to 30% of salary (capped at £18k) to support with relocation expenses.

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Therapists and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to deliver rehabilitation programs devised by Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. You will be supported to work through the competency framework and a robust period of induction and probation when joining the team, with an ongoing structure for supervision and development.
