Therapy Support Professional

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapy team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the individual needs of our patients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Delivering rehabilitation programs to patients on the wards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Providing administrative support to the physiotherapy team as required

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A levels (3) or Level 3 national certificate or Level 3 diploma or Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship or Mathematics and English to Level 2: Functional Skills/GCSE Grade C
- Practical knowledge of the role and experience of managing allocated tasks independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality patient care
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience.
