Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £45k base salary (depending on experience) with double OTE plus car allowance

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will nurture relationships, drive growth through cross-selling, and expand the customer base through referrals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for telecoms and IT, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and foster relationships within an established customer base
- Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
- Develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven account management experience, preferably in telecoms or IT
- Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
