Salary: Up to £45k base salary (depending on experience) with double OTE plus car allowance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will nurture relationships, drive growth through cross-selling, and expand the customer base through referrals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for telecoms and IT, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and foster relationships within an established customer base
  • Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • Develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven account management experience, preferably in telecoms or IT
  • Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
