Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Talent Resourcing Specialist to join our team at Cameron James. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people processes and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment support, from drafting job descriptions to selecting the right talent attraction methods.
- Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and pre-employment checks.
- Utilise social media and other platforms to raise the company's profile and attract top talent, while supporting long-term workforce planning.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
- Lead apprenticeship programs and other initiatives to promote employee development and growth.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in HR and talent resourcing, with a strong track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
