Your New Role

As an HR Graduate, you will undertake a number of placements within the function, gaining exposure to other business functions such as Commercial, Operations or Project Management. You will develop the commercial acumen, experience and knowledge required to provide effective human resources support to our diverse business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with attraction and recruitment across the business
  • Encourage probation review completion across the division/business area you support
  • Engage with schools, colleges & universities in contribution to our apprentice and graduate attraction strategy
  • Assist with carrying out exit interviews and collating feedback
  • Assist with HR compliance across the division/business you support
  • Support with effective onboarding of new employees
  • Involvement with drafting of contracts, offer letters and variations to terms & conditions where required
  • Provide support with employee relations case work
  • Provide support for effective sickness absence management

About You

We are looking for ambitious graduates with a 2:1 degree, equivalent or higher, ideally in a Human Resources or Business related subject. You should have a keen interest in human resources management, resilience, excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, ability to work to strict deadlines, planning, prioritisation and time-management skills, strong attention to detail and level of accuracy, analytical skills, ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and passion to work in a customer-focused environment.
