Your New Role

As an HR Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our people and contributing to the success of our business. You will work closely with our HR team to deliver a range of projects and initiatives, including recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment and selection process for new employees
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and motivation
  • Contribute to the development of our graduate programme, including designing and delivering training and development programmes
  • Work with our HR team to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
  • Provide support to line managers with employee relations and performance management

About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a strong interest in human resources and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
