Your New Role

As an HR Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our people and contributing to the success of our business. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various business functions, including Commercial, Operations, and Project Management, and develop the skills and knowledge required to provide effective human resources support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the attraction and recruitment of top talent across the business
  • Encourage probation review completion and engagement with schools, colleges, and universities to contribute to our apprentice and graduate attraction strategy
  • Assist with carrying out exit interviews and collating feedback
  • Support HR compliance across the business
  • Support effective onboarding of new employees
  • Provide support for employee relations case work and sickness absence management

About You

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual with a 2:1 degree in a Human Resources or Business-related subject. You should have a keen interest in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
