Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic ESOL lecturer to join our team at Norwich City College. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to adult learners.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Deliver City & Guilds ESOL qualifications to adult learners

  • Develop and deliver a range of short courses to support learner progression

  • Provide high-quality student support and guidance

  • Contribute to curriculum development and blended learning delivery

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals



Requirements:





  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
