ESOL Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced ESOL lecturer to join our team at Norwich City College. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to adult learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning contexts and the ability to develop and deliver engaging curriculum content. They will also have experience of working with City & Guilds ESOL qualifications and be familiar with the awarding body's course outline and assessment guidelines.

The role will involve teaching a range of ESOL courses, including evening classes, and working closely with a small team of professionals to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for course leadership and internal quality assurance, and will have a good understanding of adult learning contexts and the motivations and barriers facing students.
