Job Description

**Teaching Opportunity in Adult ESOL**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic lecturer to join our Adult ESOL team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment within ESOL, with a focus on adult learners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, blended learning delivery, and high-quality student support. They will also have a good understanding of adult learning contexts and the motivations and barriers facing students.

The role will involve teaching City & Guilds ESOL qualifications, as well as delivering short courses to adult learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for course leadership and internal quality assurance, working closely with the awarding body's course outline and assessment guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
