Job Title: Sessional Lecturer (English for Speakers of Other Languages)

We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic Sessional Lecturer to teach across both our 16-18 and Adult ESOL provision. The successful candidate will have a proven track record for outstanding delivery in teaching, learning and assessment within ESOL and preferably experience of working with adult learners in particular.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to ESOL learners
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials and assessments
  • Provide student support and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of the ESOL department
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning within ESOL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work across both 16-18 and Adult ESOL provision
