Teaching and Learning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching and Learning Expert to join our team at Norwich City College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Adult ESOL students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver City & Guilds ESOL qualifications and short courses to adult learners
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Provide high-quality student support and guidance to ensure student success
  • Contribute to the development of blended learning delivery and internal quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of outstanding delivery in teaching, learning, and assessment within ESOL
  • Experience of working with adult learners and developing curriculum plans to meet their needs
  • Ability to provide high-quality student support and guidance
  • Familiarity with City & Guilds course outlines and assessment guidelines
