Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Student Support Coordinator to join our team as an Inspiration Centre Coordinator at a Secondary School. As a Student Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating tailored support for pupils with SEMH, including through In-School Inclusion Provision (ISIP), working closely with senior staff to provide specialist teaching and support for pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4, leading restorative practices, mentoring, and pastoral support for students, and managing support assistants to foster a positive, inclusive culture of high expectations and achievement.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree-level qualification and leadership experience in Alternative Provision or SEND settings, or possess a degree-level qualification and leadership experience. Experience in supporting students with SEMH, SEND, and EAL (English as an Additional Language) is essential, as well as skills in behaviour management and restorative practices. You should also be knowledgeable in the secondary curriculum, including literacy strategies and creative approaches to learning, and first-aid trained. A qualified teacher with QTS (desirable) would be advantageous.

What We Offer
