Job Description

A Behaviour Mentor is required to work with identified pupils in a busy primary school in Blackpool, Lancashire.

About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver short intervention sessions to improve behaviour whilst implementing the schools behaviour policy and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver short intervention sessions to improve pupil behaviour
  • Implement the schools behaviour policy and monitor progress
  • Work closely with the schools SEN Co-ordinator and Inclusion Manager
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people who display behaviour challenges and be able to adapt learning continually to ensure consistent progress is made.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £12.90 - £13.50 per day.
