Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Cooplands bakery team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
  • Implement effective waste control, labour control, and customer service standards
  • Roll up your sleeves and support the team with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Store management experience or supervisory experience within hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
