Cooplands Store Manager Opportunity

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Cooplands bakery team in Scarborough. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high store standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous store management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
