We are seeking an Executive Director of Growth to lead business development efforts at our London office.

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, team collaboration, and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Leverage data insights to inform business decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, events, and projects that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in business development, marketing, and leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.

Estimated salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum.
