The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development and sales, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record in driving strategic growth.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify and target potential clients in the middle-market sector, leveraging industry networks, market research, and strategic outreach to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored M&A solutions.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the M&A space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate M&A deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm capabilities.

Requirements:
