About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the middle-market sector, leveraging industry networks, market research, and strategic outreach to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored M&A solutions.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
