About the Role:

This is a fixed-term, full-time position (37 hours/week) that requires a motivated individual to contribute to the development of our nursery team. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with experienced professionals to plan and deliver engaging educational programmes, tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of educational programmes, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote children's learning and development, addressing individual needs and abilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise and contribute to organisational excellence
Requirements:
  • Meet one of the specified age criteria: 16-19, 20-24, or 16-29 with a disability
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with young children, flexibility, and a commitment to customer service
  • Possess relevant work experience or a Foundation Apprenticeship with Aberdeen City Council
