Salary: £6.8-£7.2 per hour (minimum wage at the end of the training)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and teenagers in specialized medical clinics in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care to children and teenagers in specialized medical clinics
- Administering medication and conducting health checks as needed
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the needs of each child
- Maintaining accurate records of the child's progress and treatment
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the child receives comprehensive care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A medium to advanced level of written and spoken English
- An understanding of the needs and requirements of children and teenagers with complex medical conditions
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 39 working hours per week, including day and night shifts

As a Home Care Worker with Marche, you will receive:
- A competitive salary of £6.8-£7.2 per hour (minimum wage at the end of the training)

- 1-3 days off per week, as agreed with the employer
- 28 vacation days per year

Other Information:
Please note that this is a full-time position, and you will be required to work up to 39 hours per week, including day and night shifts. You will also be required to complete a training program to improve your childcare skills.
