Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our residents at Rubislaw Park.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible shift patterns, paid training, and opportunities for career progression.
