Individual Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Individual Support Worker to join our team in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire. As an Individual Support Worker, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily tasks, such as personal care, moving and handling, and attending health appointments.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of person-centered support and be able to work effectively with individuals who require varying levels of support. You will be responsible for promoting independence, encouraging participation in activities, and building positive relationships with service users and their families.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive service users' vehicles on occasion. You will also need to be happy to walk in all weathers and enjoy swimming, as several of the people we support go swimming weekly.
