Mental Health Clinician in Neurosciences Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician in Neurosciences to join our team at St George's Hospital.

This exciting opportunity involves working with patients who have complex mental health needs associated with neurological conditions, functional neurological disorder, and other organic psychiatric conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in psychiatry, including experience in liaison psychiatry, teaching, and supervision, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in teaching and training activities
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £59,175 to £95,400 per annum, plus a London Zone Allowance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
