Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the go-to expert on Cisco's offerings for both internal teams and external clients.
  2. Follow up on sales leads, identifying opportunities to grow our business.
  3. Resolve queries promptly while showcasing your commercial acumen to secure deals.
  4. Deliver sales forecasts and business updates to the Product Manager.
  5. Stay ahead of the game by maintaining expertise on services, marketing, and product knowledge.
  6. Support sales-focused initiatives both at Ingram Micro and with customers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
  2. Outstanding communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
