We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our company, Inertia Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. This role is ideal for an independent professional with significant experience in the UK IT market, adept at driving B2B sales through both digital and physical channels. The candidate should have extensive contacts within the IT industry and be capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the Company's customer base and solidify its presence.
  3. Identify and research new potential customers as well as new potential market sectors.
  4. Conduct face-to-face and remote meetings with potential and existing clients to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  5. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Work closely with other sales and marketing colleagues to discuss sales strategies and optimize results.
  7. Ensure sales results and market conditions are readily available for review, utilizing statistics to make data-driven decisions.
  8. Maintain and track the sales data through modern and effective CRM.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 10+ years of B2B sales experience including IT (Network & System) sales experience.
  2. Deep knowledge of the UK market and existing strong network within the IT sector.
  3. Experience of sales growth and building a sales pipeline in a similar industry.
  4. Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  5. Proven experience in customer relationship management.
  6. Proven record in customized proposals, sales meetings, and closings.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Certifications: CIM, CSP (Certified Sales Professionals) will be preferred.
  • Proven track record in IT industry: Software, Network & Systems domain preferred.
  • Experience of working as a Cisco Account Manager (Cisco Sales) will be preferred.
